July Visit to Earlstone Manor Gardens

Wednesday, 13th July at 2pm.

We are pleased to offer this opportunity to visit the gardens of Earlstone Manor.  Privately owned and rarely open to the public, Earlstone Manor’s unique gardens have been carefully recreated over the last 30 years to reflect an Elizabethan Jacobean garden in keeping with the manor house in the fashionable Italianate style of the period.  The house, grade II* listed, dates back to late 14th century with many 16th century features.  Our afternoon visit will start with an introduction by the owner Mr Bruce Ginsberg.  You will then be able to wander through the gardens at your leisure.  Afternoon tea will be served in the Barn from 3:30.

NOTE: There are some uneven steps and narrow paths so some areas of the garden may not be accessible for disabled guests.  There are toilet facilities in the barn, studio and office.  Please let Kim know as soon as you have booked at BerksGTmembership@gmail.com if you think you may have access difficulties or have any dietary restrictions.  You are allowed to take photographs of the garden areas, but please do not take any of the house or buildings.

There is a maximum number of 30 people for this event.

Cost: Tickets are £18 for members and £20 for non-members.

Queries: Please contact Janet by email at BerksGTenquiries@gmail.com
